Oliver and his team were very professional from the moment I picked up the phone to ask for their help. They were with me an hour later, on a Sunday evening. They sorted mum out and then arranged the cremation. Nothing was a too difficult and everything was clear and well organised.
I would not hesitate to recommend Oliver and his team if you want a caring well organised and competent assistance.

I cannot recommend Oliver Knapman highly enough. He has shown such sensitivity and compassion to my family.
From the very beginning, Oliver has nurtured us through this process with perfect kindness. He has quietly and efficiently organised everything for us taking away all the stress that a funeral brings.
He listened so carefully and spent time with us to understand exactly what we wanted, offering brilliant advice and support. Wanting a slightly different approach, Oliver matched us up beautifully with a celebrant who was able to deliver dad’s tribute perfectly.
The funeral itself went extremely smoothly thanks to Oliver’s attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble and Oliver went out of his way to accommodate our requests and guide us through the day. He showed just the right amount of presence; there when we needed him, but in the background when we didn’t. The number of comments we received from family and friends about the funeral was overwhelming, a testament to Oliver’s expertise at being able to put together a completely personal package for us.
A fantastic family business that provided the most personal touch just when we needed it.

Oliver was so kind. Nothing too much trouble. On the day everything was very professional, efficient and dignified. This is the second funeral Oliver has done for my family. I cannot speak more highly of him. He is a real gentleman.
