Millie and all the team were just lovely and I couldn't have wished for Dad to be in better hands. They were very respectful and their dignity towards Dad when they took him into their care was lovely and it made a very sad time just a bit more bearable knowing they would be looking after him. Millie was there every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly. On the day of the funeral, the team were wonderful and I would highly recommend Henry Paul.

Thank you for looking after us and ensuring that the funeral was a stress free event for the family.
This is sadly the second funeral you have managed for us this year.
There were just a couple of matters we noted on the second one. The music for our chosen hymn did not match the words that had be written in the order of service. The music for the photo show finished before the photos did so there was a period of silence. The link to set up the just giving on your obituary page was not sent to me and the obituary not set up until the date of the funeral.
These matters aside, we would like to thank you all for your help on the day and beforehand.

Henry Paul delivered excellent customer service from the first discussion to the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and all our requests were met with no fuss.
It is good to support an independent Funeral Services who gave a personal touch to the whole journey.

Henry Paul Funerals provided a kind, sympathetic, helpful, supportive and totally professional service from start to finish, doing everything exactly as I asked with additional suggestions and observations. I dealt mostly with Millie on the telephone and she could not have been more helpful. In, as you can imagine, the emotion of the moment I entirely failed to register the names of the gentlemen involved but from those immaculately attired and very gentle souls who collected my wife to those on the day of the funeral, we were totally cossetted and looked after. I could not recommend them more highly.
