Henry Paul Funerals, Pembury

Whilst on the day I could not fault anyone there they were excellent. However, when going to the directors to arrange the funeral I didn't like the way we sat in a waiting room with just a curtain across the entrance. Main door not locked. The lady we spoke to didn't seem very compassionate. I know it's her job, but it was also a very sad day for us. She referred to going out for a drink on Saturday with the lady who does the embalming saying that she would buy her a drink if she comes in early to do the job as my daughter was flying back to Australia on Thursday.... This did not happen. Like I say on the day not a fault.

From the gentle respectful attendance at the care home where mother died. The care and patience shown by Liz and Millie in the office was outstanding. Finally, the team at the Crematorium were superb and helped greatly.

Henry Paul were all wonderful at our Dads funeral so we knew we would have the best service for Mum too - nothing is ever too much to ask for and all our requests taken on board and performed with the upmost care and respect - helping us make the last thing we could do for Mum that bit easier was hugely appreciated and would always recommend this lovely family run company- thank you so very much

From the moment we entered Henry Paul Funeral Directors, right the way through to the funeral service, we were met with sensitivity, understanding and empathy at such a traumatic and sad time. We received appropriate advice for our situation, and received all due care and attention for our wishes to be carried forward. We felt as if a whole load had been lifted off our shoulders, and that we could relax knowing we were in good hands and the day would proceed seamlessly. And it did. Everything more than lived up to our expectations.
