From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank each and every one of you for taking care of Andrew and us all for his last physical journey. Words will never be enough to thank you for your kindness, patience, empathy and organisation to make sure that Andrew's final journey was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Thank you to Rai and Steve for taking us all in and treating us like your own family from start to finish. Thank you for looking after Dougi and taking really good care of him for the time he was in your care. Thank you for letting us visit him as much or as little as we liked, nothing ever felt like it was too much trouble (they even handled our cockapoo Luna) We would like to say a special thank you to Rai for being so amazing during the whole funeral service, the personal touches were everything and more. During the most difficult time, the support we have received from you all means everything, we are so glad we chose Deighan's for Andy's final send off, there was nothing more fitting than your team, thank you for helping us to create the most magical send off for Andrew.

A helpful, friendly and respectful service was provided. Despite it obviously being a very emotional time, they somehow didn’t make things feel so sad and were positive and practical. They were available whenever needed and responded to all our requests, even if some were a bit unusual!

We chose to use deighans for dad as they are a family ran company. From the very start Shirley and the team were amazing. They showed such compassion for us as a family and for dad, and were on hand every step of the way. They looked after dad as if he was part of their own family. Even though we had to delay the funeral they made sure dad was still able to have an open coffin, this was important to mum as we are an Irish family and it's traditional to have dad home the night before for an Irish wake. Nothing was to much trouble and they called to check in on us often, even after dads funeral. Even with the building work they made sure we had time with dad, the builders were asked to stop work when we visited, but we said dad would go mad at that as he was a ground worker. We as a family couldn't have asked for better than how we were looked after. Thank you all for just being you ❤️
