We can't thank Simon and all the team at the Crescent Funeral Services enough, for all their care and dedication. They provided a first class service.

They were a great comfort to all the family, not only with the funeral arrangements themselves, but also with what to do and who to speak to for all the formalities and when.

Nothing was too much trouble. Elaine was looked after with such care and dignity, from leaving the house, to how well she was presented in the chapel of rest.

The team provided a beautiful presentation on arrival at the crematorium and treated Elaine with such care and attention.

We had a beautiful attended internment ceremony at the crematorium and James did an amazing job. It seemed very fitting for James to be there to lay Elaine to rest as he was the one who came to escort her to the Crescent chapel of rest at the start of her final journey.

All of the staff from Crescent Funeral Services have treated both the family and Andy with dignity and respect through the whole process. Simon came to meet with Andy and I a couple of days before he passed away so we could discuss together what Andy wanted to happen from his passing through to after the funeral. As a member of the military veteran community Andy had some very specific requests that Simon and the team worked very hard to accommodate and for which I am very grateful. Thank you.

Crescent Funeral Services were very helpful, kind and professional when we asked them to help with our Mothers funeral. 
Simon was understanding and supportive without being too sentimental. He was thorough with the preparations, listened to our wishes and made very helpful suggestions for the whole process. 
The funeral itself was exactly as we had asked and it felt as if the weight of the situation had been taken off the family allowing us to grieve and get  through the day without worry. From the drivers to the pall bearers  and the whole team at CFS our experience was a very positive one in difficult circumstances. 
Thanks also to John Rice-Lewis for the eulogy and to Shed flowers for their beautiful work. 
All in all an extremely positive experience for our family. 
We would definitely recommend CFS .

Crescent Funeral Service helped me when I needed them most. They organised the cremation date and time ,the order of service ,music ,photos and the day went very well. Of course that is what you would expect but it was all done with good communications, smiles, and explanations. All I had to do was organize a place for the after funeral tea. I would use them again probably when I decide that it is my turn to cross to the other side or heaven if they will have me!

Crescent Funeral Services were incredible from start to finish in terms of caring for my late mother.  They were in constant communication with me and I was put at so much ease knowing that she was being cared for after her passing.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Thank you Simon and Robert and the team at Crescent for making a difficult time a little less stressful.

My Mum and I were recommended to Crescent Funeral Services by friends of ours, SIMON came round to explain the funeral plan to my mum and I and we all agreed it was the appropriate thing to do, fortunately we didn’t have to use the plan for a few years but when we did everything fell into place,  a lot of  the worry was taken away from  us so that we could concentrate on grieving for my Mum’s passing. I personally like to thank James and his team for making it easy for us and giving the personal and sympathetic touch, everything was laid out nice and easy. Everything was explained and actually on the day we couldn’t have wished for a better funeral to celebrate my Mum’s life so I’d like to say a big thank you from me  to all the staff at Crescent Funeral Services and that’s from my mum as well.

Simon, Robert, Katie and the whole team at Crescent were absolutely amazing. Thier kind compassionate care of my late Mum, my family and myself went above and beyond to make such a horrible time in our life as smooth and as easy as possible.
They helped me organise everything, and helped me so much, nothing was too much trouble, without them I would not have gotten through it.
The service they gave my mum on the day, what they delivered and organised was amazing and all with such care, pride and compassion. It felt as if they were looking after their own loved one from the minute my mum went into their care.
For anyone unfortunately in the position of needing this service, I can not recommend Crescent enough. Every single member of staff.......you are all wonderful and fabulous at what you do. Thank you.🥰💐
