We knew the very high quality available from all members of the team at Crescent Funeral Services because we had used them previously when my father passed away a few years ago. From the moment my mother passed away, we knew we would use their services again and, as a family, we had no regrets with this choice. Exemplary on all counts. Simon and his team gave us every professional consideration showing courtesy, understanding and the highest of professional standards at every stage during our very sad time. A 'THANK YOU' seems inadequate but a RECOMMENDATION to the highest level is not.

Simon, Katie and James managed my husband's funeral arrangements with professionalism, empathy, and humanity throughout.  Every detail was managed with dignity, respect, and genuine understanding.  

What meant the most was the gentle support offered to us as we navigated funeral arrangements at the same time as grieving. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. Instead, we were guided with patience, warmth, and a level of care that made a difficult journey feel a little easier.

I cannot rate Simon, Robert and all at the Crescent funeral services highly enough. 
We lost mum just before Christmas, and the Crescent came highly recommended. They took care of mum from her passing to the interment with dad last weekend. 
Mum was resting in the chapel of rest, with a duvet and pillow, just as though she was sleeping, so the grandchildren were able to say their goodbyes  in a relaxed setting. 
Loosing someone is a very sad and difficult time, but this was made easier with the caring and kindness of Simon and Robert. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to see mum whenever we wanted to, and they were always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. I would highly recommend the Crescent and will definitely be using their services again if/when i need them.

From start to finish we had top tier respect and compassion from both James and Emma who dealt with all the funeral arrangements. It was a perfect service for our most loved family member. Couldn’t recommend a better funeral service. Knowing my nan was in the care of James whilst at the funeral home came with deep relief as we know she was well looked after during her short stay whilst casket and funeral preparations were taking place. When visiting our loved one we was treated with kindness and their deepest condolences came with every minute we was in the presence of any of the team at CFS. We couldn’t thank them all enough for their support and services

The service and personnel were fantastic, they went out of their way to accommodate our every need and wish. I knew from the initial phone conversation that this Funeral Services cared and were compassionate.
In a difficult time, with family loss, theses are the very people that make the task of saying goodbye to a loved one easier.
I would highly recommend their services
