After the loss of our dear Father last year and the exceptional service and compassion shown by Andrew and Heidi Bingham their team throughout, our Mother decided that she would like to be looked after so well too when her time came...
Her time came too soon.... Our family were equally bowled over by the care and attention our Mother was given and the respect and dignity shown.

We could not have wished for anyone to take care of her better after we could not.... Thank you all so much...

At a time when everything seemed chaotic and quite a challenge they were there to guide and comfort, making it easier to cope and make good decisions. You never feel rushed, they give as much time as you need. Nothing is too much trouble. The funeral went smoothly due to their professionalism and caring attitude.

To Luke and to all who assisted in the funeral of my beloved husband - a great thankyou . The day of the funeral went so very smoothly, as had all that preceded it. So dignified and in perfect timing from start to finish - I received many compliments on your behalf from my family and friends and requests for the name of the company. All your gentlemen were certainly so helpful, friendly and yet unobtrusive. I know David himself would have been very impressed - not so easy to do normally but certainly top marks for a never to be forgotten occasion.

Having used Andrew Bingham Independent Funeral Services 6 years ago for my father's funeral, I had no hesitation at all in using them again. This time, the funeral was for my mother.

Everyone on the team there is equally caring and compassionate. They listen to what you want, offered advice and suggestions but always respected what I wanted for my Mum. They are available 24 hours a day, and no questions are too silly or trivial.

Even in these times of social distancing and restrictions on funerals, ie no singing and limited numbers in church, none of this affected the dignity of the process. In fact, it was barely noticeable. I was still able to see Mum at rest and the gown that she was dressed in (government guidelines prohibited the wearing of the deceased's own clothes) was of very high quality and matched the fabric inside her coffin.

Overall, the service offered is professional, highly respectful and dignified. This is a horrible, emotional time but they do everyone they can to help you through it. I would highly recommend them.

The firm could not have been more sincere ,comforting ,understanding.
In this climate with the virus making all things difficult I felt cared for ,my questions were answered with understanding. 
Excellent service ,I would recommend this firm any time, especially if you have to make  the  arrangements by yourself .
