Planning a funeral at any point is awful and something both myself and my sister never wanted to do for our mum. However, upon a recommendation by a family friend we approached Andrew Bingham and his team. Very apprehensive as to what we were needing to do we cannot express our sincere thanks enough. 




The team at Binghams are great. They helped myself and my sister to get through what has been the hardest period of our lives. Always there to support, happy to help, no pressure was put on us for arrangements. The team have made this process seamless. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. They reassured us that our mum was cared for and gave us the confidence that our mum was safe in their care.

My sister and I cannot fault Andrew, Heidi and the team’s professionalism and sensitivity in helping us plan our beloved dad’s funeral. There was no ‘corporate’ approach; we had flexibility in our choices. Nothing was too much trouble. My sister and I cannot praise Andrew, Heidi and their team highly enough. From the moment they took our Mum into their care until the funeral, they were nothing other than professional, considerate and caring. Their assistance was invaluable and they made a difficult time easier to cope with. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition they put us in touch with Ruth Everett, who did a wonderful job officiating as our Celebrant. We had already planned the type of service we wanted, but Ruth gave us guidance and on the day conducted the service with compassion and ensured everything ran smoothly. A huge thank you to all of them.
