The company was responsive throughout. I found their approach sensitive and supportive.  Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they were available whenever I contacted them or whenever I wanted to pop in.   The celebrant liaised well with me and as a team they worked with us to give my mum the send off she would have wanted.

Thankyou for an amazing experience. Everything went so well from making the arrangements with Heidi, to the actual day of the service. Bev did a wonderful job of leading the celebration of Chris' life and delivering the eulogy on behalf of the family. So many people commented on how personal the funeral was.
