My Family and I wholeheartedly recommend Lyndsay Ellis and his team. Lyndsay demands very high standards from all his staff and they show understanding and compassion from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble, they listen and respond to concerns in a caring and honest manner. It was important to us as a family to know that my Husband was looked after and was in a safe environment. Lyndsay and his team were friendly, professional, kind and compassionate. We particularly liked the tribute page where family and friends were able to share their thoughts and feelings in a respectful way. Thank you again for everything that you did and wouldn't hesitate to use your services again.

It's an odd thing to write a review for a funeral service. We had to plan a funeral very unexpectedly and for a son/brother/uncle aged 40 years. Lindsay made the process as easy as possible for us. He was always on hand to take our phone calls or text messages, and kept us updated at every step during the planning. On the day, he and all the staff went above and beyond to make the day memorable for us as a family and to give Jon a send off he would have been happy with.

Lindsay has a very calming way about him which allows him to get down to the necessary tasks of planning while being respectful to the family. We feel that the Vale Funeral Service genuinely cares.

As difficult as losing a loved one is, Lyndsay and  Phil were excellent and made the whole process more bearable. Professional and courteous, with access to an excellent celebrant and florist. The funeral service took place within the January 2021 restrictions in Wales which added to the stress but again Lyndsay helped us work through what we could and could not do. I would 100% recommend.

From the moment I met Lyndsay, Phil, Bev & David, everything was handled with the utmost sensitivity and compassion.

Communication was excellent every step of the way. Taking time to explain everything. They also handle everything!

The actual day of the funeral was absolutely beautiful, More than I expected if I am honest. My mum would have loved it and I think she would have been happy how Lyndsay and team handled it all.

I highly recommend The Vale Funeral Service. They are beautiful people 💚

I would highly recommend lyndsey Ellis and his team. They are so caring and professional. They understood the needs of my family and helped us so much along the way. Nothing was too much for them. In with regard to looking after my father while in their care they did amazing. Lyndsay would always explain everything in detail for us to understand and I felt comfortable to alway go back and ask again if needed. The service was lovely and everything we asked for we had. The amount of respect lyndsay gave when walking with the car was unbelievable and really choked me up.
As we are such a large family they were great at explains to people that under the circumstances of covid there was only limited spaces which made it so much easier on me.  
Beverly the celebrant was very good and did a lovely service. She really listened and tried her best in an awkward situation. After the service lyndsey came over and chatted with us which made us feel really good still showing that he truest does care. 
So I definitely can not fault the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely choose to use them again. Thank you to lyndsey and your team for the most outstanding services and for looking after my father
