In loving memory of Harold Joseph Francis Brindley who sadly passed away on 22nd August 2015
He was born on 16 June 1931 the first school attended stitchley school he then moved on to kings norton school when he left at the age of 14 he then move away to Canada where he lived for 3 years before coming back to England. He then went into the armed forces of the pioneer corps light engineering, while he was in there he served in Korea. After he finished his national service he the worked at Collins gift and home fuels as a coal man and while there he met Mary Sutton who would later be his wife. After a short time he then left and went to work as a wire drawer for Charles Clifford ltd.

Grandad, i know you cant read this but i know your listening to what im thinking. I love you and miss you like crazy, im still waiting for the house phone to ring to hear you say 'man of the house' i duno how ima cope on my birthdays now or even christmas. Usualy get a phone call with you singing happy birthday or just even a simplw merry christmas and many of them. I just miss your presence all together, you was the strongest and bravest, you would never show pain youd always say 'im alright' or 'its alright, no need to worry' well we did because we loved you and cared for you a lot. Thank you for being in my life and looking after me when i needed to be looked after. I swear ill make you proud, one day ill have my own kids and you can meet them and torment the living day lights out them hahahaha i could go on forever with you mate because the fun never stopped. But ill leave you to rest now, and ill see you tomorrow. I love you loads my hero, rest in paradise. Ashleigh, your grandson???????
