Dear Terry, Hilary, John and families….
Our memories of Ray on your visits to Canada are special and we are so honoured to have known, through Pete and Hilary, such a fine man. Like his father, Ray was a true gentleman and we know his loss will be deeply felt by all of you. We send our love across the miles and will keep you in our thoughts.

Ray was so much respected in his professional life, bringing his trademark calmness, skill, talent and solid reliability to all he faced. As a friend, he will be sadly missed by me and by our little social group which he enriched with his sheer pesence.
