The death occurred on at Withybush Hospital on Thursday 3rd March of Mr Anthony Warren Rees affectionately known as Tony aged 76 years.
Tony will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Friday 1st April at South Bristol Crematorium, Bedminster Down, Bristol at 11.15am. There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu if so desired for The Dog's Trust c/o E.C. Thomas & Son Funeral Directors
