Beautiful Mum Krysia passed away, surrounded by love and peaceful energy.

As well as an amazing Mum, she was smart, creative, accomplished and special to many. With 2 degrees, Mum was an osteopath with her own practice in Pembury and lectured at the European School of Osteopathy, where she passed on her valuable expertise to student osteopaths. She was multi lingual, speaking English, Polish and Swedish.

Mum loved animals and was known for rescuing chickens, blue tits, a feral cat, bees and any other creature which needed some love!

Some special times in New Zealand include when we went parasailing and looked down to see a hammerhead shark swimming beneath us, exploring waterfalls and on her birthday when we went on the luge in Rotorua then to the hot pools after. We also camped and stayed in a few hostels - Mum loved an adventure!

Mum was cool - she always had different colours in her hair (most recently pink!) and introduced us to the likes of Bowie, Lou Reed and even came with us to a Muse concert.

Some creative endeavours include making a hedgehog house, writing a children’s book, creating many costumes for us as children and upholstering our whole house! She also an amazing cook.

Mum was such a special person to many and helped so many people.

I am very sad to lose my wonderful osteopath who was a bit of a miracle worker, and a very sweet person. It must be a great sadness to her family to lose her so soon.

Krysia always encouraged us with such patience and kindness as osteopathic students. She really took the time to make sure we understood something before moving on. We have such lovely memories of her at the ESO, her presence was so calm and loving. Our deepest condolences to her family.

Krysia was a much respected work colleague and will be sadly missed by all at the ESO. Her presence within the Children's Clinic was invaluable and she inspired much affection as a teacher. Rest in peace.

So glad I had the honour of knowing Krysia. Meeting for lunches, helping me get my garden started, and just spending time together. Seeing her wee yellow car coming round the corner made me smile. Will miss my lovely, quirky friend xx
