In loving memory of Charles Jefferies, known as Jeff, who sadly passed away on 9th March 2022.
Jeff was born in 1939 and grew up in Bournemouth, near to his grandfather's farm. He did his National Service in the army in the Royal Engineers. Jeff was an engineer by trade and loved building and fixing things both at work and at home.
Jeff was married to Estrid and they had two daughters - Sonya and Sandy. They had a wonderful life together filled with family trips, joining a caravan club and travelling all over Europe.
Jeff had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was always there for them and loved playing games and joking around with them.
In the later years of his life, Jeff suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. It is an awful disease that means that you forget all your wonderful memories and loved ones. Jeff was amazing though, and even in his later years, he proved you could still have fun and laughter in your life. In light of this, the family have chosen to collect for The Alzheimer's Society in his memory.
Jeff's family will always love him dearly and will remember him forever.

In loving memory of someone I first met when dropping his two daughters off at Sunday School when they were 5 & 3. A lovely man who loved and cared for his family, you wil be sadly missed.
