In loving memory of John Reilly who sadly passed away on 13th February 2022 at home surrounded by his family. John had fought a hard battle with cancer for the past year with dignity and courage. He is survived by his wife Mary, son John, daughter Angela, brother James, sisters Ellen and Rose, 3 grandsons and 2 great-grandchildren. John will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

The funeral mass will take place at St Margaret Mary’s at 10 am on the 3rd of March. John will be laid to rest at the Linn Cemetery followed by the funeral reception at the Number 10 Hotel, Queens Park. Family and friends can pay their respects to John at the funeral parlour from 2.30 pm on Wednesday 2nd of March at the Mount Florida branch.

John had requested only family flowers and instead has asked for a small donation to be made to the MacMillan Cancer Support. A donation box will be available at the chapel and Number 10 Hotel.

The family would like to thank all our family and friends for all the love and support over the past year and would welcome your attendance at John’s funeral and reception.

Angela Dowdalls donated £400 in memory of John

We would like to thank everyone who gave a donation, we raised a further £400 from the collection box. I know my dad would be so pleased that so much was raised for an amazing cause. Xxx
