In loving memory of Richard Stanley Clay who sadly passed away on 4th February 2022.
Richard fought a very brave battle against the cruel disease IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis).

Richard was born to Jessie and Stan Clay on 15th July 1943 and was their only child.
He married Shirley Clay in 1972 and they would have been married for 50 years in August.
He had two children, Louise and Mark and three grandchildren, Callum, Maisie and James.
He was a hard working man who spent his career in the insurance business.
He initially started working at Royal Insurance in Nottingham, he then transferred to the office on Clumber Street, Mansfield until he started his own insurance company where he worked till the age of 58. He then retired to spend many happy years with his family and cruising the world with Shirley.
