We are so sorry Hazel, Jill, Cath and all the family for your loss. We remember visiting Ray at his shop many years ago, and hearing stories from Nan of them growing up. Sorry we can’t be there to say goodbye due to Covid, but he will be in our thoughts. Sending our love, Lisa and Helen x

Ray has been my best friend for longer than I than I can remember. He was my best man in every way and we spend many hours on the river and tinkering away together. He is and will always be sadly missed
Love to Hazel and all his family

Ray was special. He was a husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who loved, and was loved, by his family. He was also “Mister Fixit, Make It, and Do It.” Ray was a people person engaging in new settings and interested in the historical past. He will be missed.
