To my Auntie Lorna ,
My best memories of you are when you were last in Scotland and you stayed with mum ( Sandra Petrie ) . I loved hearing your stories which would get animated and sometimes abit rude. You were a natural comic and your sense of humour was amazing.
You faced many battles in life and with strength , dignity and sheer bravery , you stood strong and overcame the hardships grew stronger and moved forward .
You are a person to be truly admired , loved and honoured .
Your legacy is your family , son , daughter and grandchildren and you will walk with them every day, in their hearts .
You will be in my heart and you will spur me on , whenever I get low , I'll remember you and stand strong.
Good night Lorna ,
Rest next to God and let him remove all pain and tears xxxx

I met you when I brought Pat to the Brampton Church Hall, you were outside with a group of smokers, you made me feel special and included, and I never forgot that. Over the years Pat was here I know you spoke in person and on fb, and I appreciate the support you have been to me since Pat died last November. I was so pleased that you gave "Lord Toffee" a home for his last few months, and that Jennifer made such a fuss of him. RIP my friend, you have truly been "promoted to Glory" and tell Pat she's got to let you share her mansion!!
