Graham (Shifter) Howells of Bridgwater passed away peacefully at Yeovil Hospital on 13th July 2021 aged 72. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many many friends. A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Thursday 5th August 2021 at 3pm. Family flowers only please. A true friend, carnivalite and gentleman. So many happy memories of being together at Glastonbury Carnival along with Ivor Palmer. Sunday night skittles at Lime Kiln. You always raised a laugh. May you always rest in peace. Your memory will live on. Phil and Julia Dyte

Lived a couple doors away from the family all my younger years, Shifter was a lovely gentleman who also had a joke with myself and my brother. My thoughts are with the family x

A truly wonderful gentleman, countless nights of sat at the bar listening to the man and his life experiences, giving advice and just having a drink. I really will miss the big man and his spirit will live on with everything we do ❤️
