Our Mum Bobbie has sadly passed away but has left us with wonderful memories which we and her four grandchildren will treasure forever.
Mum knew many people through previously living in Singapore, Germany and at RAF Locking. She worked for many years at Tescos in Weston and championed fundraising for Diabetes UK.
We take great comfort that Mum wanted to be re-united with our father and her beloved husband and musician Ged, whom she missed terribly after his death in 1988. She can now listen to his saxophone riffs for eternity!
She will be remembered by most for her generosity, legendary buffets and her taste for hot milky coffee! She will be remembered by us for her lovely smile and laughter.
Mum struggled in later life with Alzheimers but fought hard for as long as she could. We are grateful for the support and care she received from all the staff at Manor Park Nursing Home during her final years. Mum asked that rather than flowers, donations were made on her behalf to Diabetes UK and Alzheimers Research UK. She also requested if those attending her funeral service could wear something purple (her favourite colour) for her on the day.

An amazing women who i will have so many happy memories of,a big part of my life growing up doing all the buffets for my birthday parties,working withfor many years at Tescos and living down the same road, will be sadly missed but never forgotten, thoughts with all the family xx
