SMART - Paul William Arthur. Died peacefully on July 17th 2015, at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, where he had received amazing care following a short illness. A much loved husband, father and grandfather. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Friday 31st July, at 11.15am in St Paul's Chapel. Casual dress please, no suits or ties. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Paul are for Exeter Samaritans and Exeter Hospiscare, these may be left by retirement collection at the service or sent c/o
