Michaela passed away peacefully at home on 24th June 2021, aged 59 years. Michaela was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, family member and a friend to so many. She was the glue that held so many aspects of our lives together. Her passing will be difficult for so many but her final wishes were for everyone to remain happy, live life to the full and not to miss out on any opportunities that come your way.
The two charities we have chosen for donations are Wood Green - Animal Charity and Sarcoma UK. She donated too many an animal charity while she was alive and believed every animal deserved the chance at a second lease of life and to be free of pain and suffering.
Sarcoma UK is our second chosen charity. Some of you may not know, but the tumour mum suffered from was a leiomyosarcoma in her heart, a very rare and aggressive cancer.

It was lovely to get to know Michaela while she and Ian were holidaying in New Zealand. Such a warm and friendly lady who laughed easily and loved to swim in any temperature of water! That made me laugh too!
I will always remember and be very grateful for how kind and caring she was to our Mum. A lovely kind lady who will be very sadly missed.
