COOKE - Phyllis Amelia. Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday July 12th 2015, aged 76 years. Devoted wife of Brian (Jack). Treasured mum of Maria, Denise, Karan, Alison and of the late Brian. A loving mother in law, grandmother and great grandmother. A private family funeral service will take place.
