In loving memory of Terence Michael Thorne who sadly passed away on 10th June 2021 aged 66 years.
Loving husband of Amanda Thorne, Mum Francis Thorne and now reunited with his beloved dad Thomas (TUT) Thorne brother to Giles and Ann, dad of Justin Ryan Tayla and Russell , step dad to Chelsea and Jodie, grandad to many and also great grandad .
Born in hucknall, a great sportsman in football and cricket as a youngster, a well respected leader of men on the coal face as a chargeman for many years starting at hucknall colliery then Thoresby colliery known as Tut. He enjoyed forest football, horse racing, cricket, golf and swimming . But most of all he was a huge family man who loved having everyone around him and is loved and missed dearly.

Crikey were do you start, tut a absolute legend worked with him many times,put the world to rights even more,massive chargemen looked after his lads and more,don't think there's a miner that spent any time with you,will never think of you and not smile RIP bud,watch them quil shafts.

My Deepest condolences to all Tuts family. Worked many times with Tut and sons Justin and Ryan. Brilliant charge man, always looked after his work mates and always gave advice and banter. A True Legend. Till we meet again pal. Rest In Peace Tut.
