It’s been four months now Jack and we think about you every day. The whole family are still devastated by you leaving us. Hopefully you are looking down on us all with dad and now mum.

One of the most beautiful lady's I have ever known has sadly been taken from us. I just want to thank you for all you done. You have left us so many good memories of the time we had together.
