Having been out of contact for many years, I only just learned of David’s passing, yet still feel his loss deeply. He was entirely unique. I should have been a better friend. I have learned a painful lesson about not putting-off rekindling a meaningful friendship. My deepest condolences to the friends & family he left behind. He was a ‘one-off’ & I was privileged to know him, albeit briefly. RIP David.
