In loving memory of John Michael Fulford who sadly passed away on 1st January 2021
Fulford, John Michael (Mike) - Passed away peacefully in York Hospital aged 97 on 1st January 2021 after a very short illness.
A much loved and respected Uncle, Great Uncle, Great Great Uncle and friend who is dearly missed.
A funeral service for the family only (due to Covid) to take place at Christ Church Heworth on Thursday 4th Feb at 1pm.
Any donations would be gratefully received from St Leonard's Hospice and York Against Cancer.
The Family are planning a memorial to to be held at York Golf Club, Strensall later in the year, please contact us for further information if required.

Mr Fulford gave us this for Christmas and we made it today whilst swapping stories of our time with him in our lives. What a true gentleman ❤️

We didn’t know Mr Fulford for very long but he was very welcoming when we moved in and we knew from the first time we met him that he would be a wonderful friend and neighbour. We enjoyed baking for him and writing letters and drawing pictures for him. He wrote back to us and we loved getting those letters and they are very precious to us. Today we build the gingerbread house he gave us for Christmas as a way of marking his funeral day. We send all his family our love and we miss Mr Fulford and are glad of our memories of him.
