Patrick Stephen Costelloe Suddenly on 13th December at Morriston Hospital, Stephen. Cherished son of Elsie and the late Patrick, loving father of Jordan and Kayla, much loved brother of Susan, Angela, Teresa, Phillip and Beverley, also a loved brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral Tuesday 5th January 12 Noon service at Swansea Crematorium. Due to restrictions attendance will be by invitation only. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired to ALAC Morriston Hospital (Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre) or Guide Dogs for the Blind c/o D.G. Attwell Funeral Directors 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH.
