Janet Lambley donated in memory of Donald

Don was one of the first people to welcome me and my children to Redhill Methodist Church when we had moved to Redhill in 1985. I shall always remember him as being very kind - and his lovely sense of humour.

Ginette Nye donated £20 in memory of Donald

In memory of Donald Kennedy who always made me welcome in his home and family. Terrible jokes which I often found amusing in my teenage years, but he was always gracious and kind.
Love to all your family xx

We have known Don for over 50 years and will remember him with great fondness. He had a great sense of humour which he maintained even after becoming housebound.

Rest in Peace Don.

Met Donald when we came to London in 1958 in Mecklenburg Square. We were newly married and Don and sylvia were courting The four of us went out on excursions when we could afford it. I have so many happy memories of the four years we lived in England going out and about with them. At their wedding, at the purchase of their home, and many, many more. I am very sad.

How will I remember Don?
Don was my brother in law, a good and generous father, and all round nice guy.
I remember being a rather annoying youngster , but he introduced me into the world of model making. Whenever I was over he would show the latest scratch built model he had been working on ( very cleaver ).
Though this it stimulate my interest in modelling 00 gauge trains and layouts.
THANK YOU DON. I will miss you very much.
