In loving memory of Vera Burns, a wonderful mum, mother-in-law, nanna and sister, who sadly passed away on the 25th November 2020.
Vera’s funeral will take place on the 18th December. This will be Vera’s 87th birthday and a day we would like to celebrate her.
Family who will be following from the house, please arrive no later than 10:15am, we will then be driving past the Walkden Legion on Wilfred Road around 10:30am for those who are unable to attend Overdale due to restrictions on numbers. Please do let Sarah or Cath know if you’ll be at the legion and we can let you know a more precise time we will be arriving for.
If you are joining us at Overdale, we will be heading to the west chapel for an 11am service.
Please feel free to leave any comments and memories you have of Vera. The family will love to read these fond memories.

Auntie Vera will be greatly missed. Some of my happiest memories as a kid was going to hers and Uncle Paddy's at Christmas and playing with Sam x
