On 14th November, our lovely old Mum finally lost her battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was loved by so many and always made time for everybody – family, friends and God! Following the premature death of our Dad, it was her faith that gave her the strength to carry on. Always pragmatic, Mum felt the place for flowers, like her roses, should be the garden! So, it would be very much appreciated if, in lieu of flowers, you would consider donating to “Alzheimer’s Society".

So many happy memories, which one to choose? So there’s a group of us in 46 Mornington Cresc dining room, post dinner and the red wine is still flowing. Grandma’s propped up in one of the chairs, glass in hand, slowing tilting it down to the ground but somehow never spilling a drop. But when challenged, she was “most certainly not sleeping” and never gave up the glass :-). May you now get the eternal rest you most certainly deserve. Love you Grandma, rest in peace James xx

Dearest Grandma, You will be greatly missed. I treasure the memories I have especially when you were kind and patient enough to put up with me living with you for a few years. I am lucky that I had that time with you. You were always so supportive, kind and understanding. Your love will live on in your family xxx
