In loving memory of Sandra Christine Gilson who sadly passed away on 24th October 2020
My little sister Sandra tried so hard to win the fight, she wanted so much to live but the nasty infection was to much for her body and sadly lost the fight after 5 long weeks,
We would like to thank the Queens medical centre for all the wonderful care and attention they gave to Sandra especially in her last hours of need they stayed with her holding her hands even though their shift had finished niether of her 2 nurses would go till sandra took her last breath, the nurses went the extra mile to offer support to family in this difficult time, as we could not visit sandra in the hospital due to covid 19 , we were able to ring for updates, sandra's partner Carl and her daughter Gemma were allowed a window visit the night before her death and are so grateful they got to see her one last time , we would like to thank the nurses for allowing us to come in and and say our good byes Sandra looked so lovely sleeping even had her smile xxxx sleep tight little sis xxxx

Sandra you thought so hard but you were to tired. I personally will miss our chats and meetings at the school reunions. You always smiled even though you hurt so much inside such an inspirational lady taken far to soon RIP my lovely friend till we meet again, gone but never forgotten XXXX
