Hugh Avondale Thorne “Hughie”
17 February 1936 - 30 August 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Hugh Avondale Thorne announce that he passed away peacefully in hospital due to a heart condition, on Sunday 30 August, at the age of 84 years.

Hugh, also known as Hughie to his friends, will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Jean and his children, Angela, Adrian and Wesley. Hugh will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and dear friends.

A Church Service will led by Mother Andi on
Friday, 25th September 2020 at 11am
St Aidan’s Church

A Burial Service will follow at 12.30pm
