Hetton le Hole

On August 14th aged 39 years, Gary (Gaz). The much loved son of Gloria and the late Tommy. The loving funny brother of Kris & Kelly and Tony & Claire. The special uncle of Leon, Tom, Jack, Joe and Ted. A dear friend of many. A private service will take place on Wednesday 26th August in Sunderland Crematorium at 11.00am. Due to the limited capacity allowed in the crematorium anyone wishing to pay their respects will be able to listen to the service outside the crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Big Club. Family flowers only. If so desired, private donations in memory of Gary should be made to MIND. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors, 30 Station Road, Hetton. Tel: 0191 5265800. Love ya bud.

With deepest sympathy from Andrew and staff.

To my Gaz,
I love and miss you more than ever. I have suffered such without you here. But I know youโ€™re my guardian angel now and giving me strength I need to push through this dark time. I wish you knew how loved and appreciated you are. You are so funny and loving and the best person Iโ€™ve met. You just take care and I am glad youโ€™re out of suffering and at peace. I seen you in work and I seen the feather you left me and Madison.
Jessy misses your hot dinners and tatey pots. I will be there for your big day at Hetton cricket club and Iโ€™m excited to dance and have fun like we used to do.

Love ya bud x

  • Gaz i see you, you’re in my house, ironically, the snail from SpongeBob has appeared now in my sitting room Gary the snail. I am happy you’re at peace and in my house and I can now be here for you but if you want to be in the wilderness, I will set you free, the greif and suffer has all hit me at once this weekend, anno you hated Facebook n social media cause you’re old school so I won’t write it on there. But I know you’re here in my new house looking over me and Madison and giving me the strength I need. I blocked what happened to you out and now it’s all come to a head for me. I’m sorry I couldn’t save you I kick myself every day man. I miss you so much it hurts and life won’t be the same without you but I will make you proud and be the best mam I can be as I know you always wanted kids yourself. You were so good with kids. I know you kissed Madison’s neck and you’re our guardian angel and looking over us now. I feel at peace and I’m happy you’re out of your suffering x

I miss you every second of every minute of every hour of every day.
Gaz, you were always the best of us, the kindest, most loving lad I've ever known.
When you left a light went out from our lives, you were our beautiful boy. You were our world!
I'll never forgive myself for letting you down, I just hope that one day I'll see you again and we can have our daft nights out.
I love you Gary, always have, always will.
Give everyone a kiss from me ๐Ÿ’— xxxx
