In loving memory of Albert Trevor Swain who sadly passed away after a long battle, surrounded by his family, on 19th June 2020 aged 79 years.
To all of his family and friends Albert was known as Trevor a loving husband to Doreen, father to Linda, Maureen & Peter, father in law to Donna, a grandfather of six & great grandfather of seven.
Thank you for sharing your life with us, you will always be in our hearts, rest in peace you have earnt it.
