In loving memory of the late Grace Smith who sadly passed away on 15th May 2015 aged 93 years. Grace will be sadly miss by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Tuesday 2nd June at 12noon.
