Suddenly after a short illness Hazel aged 69 years. Cherished wife of Kevin, loving mum of Paul and Sandra, step-mum to Donna and Nick, loving grandma to Liam, Jodie, Lauren and Gemma, dear sister of Norma, Stewart and the late Roy and Keith, sister-in-law to Mavis, Keith and Eleanor, dear aunty, special friend to Winnie and to all who knew her.
