In loving memory of "Bob" Robert Ward who sadly passed away on 12th May 2020, he will be greatly missed.
Bob Ward was born 90 years ago in Leicester he had an older brother. The family moved to Skegness to run the Dorchester hotel on the front.
He & his brother helped in the family business. My father was in the RAF "in the "cleaning up operation" at the end of the war, that's all he discussed about it. He started work as a Telephonist at the Skegness telephone exchange and met Margaret, they married and moved to Nottingham, shortly after moving into the house they lived in together all their 66 years of married life. Bob valued his friends & family greatly, shown in all the Parties, meals and Garden parties they had each year. Bob loved his family, Margaret, Debbie and Adrian (deceased) and he built a wonderful family home. Bob & Margaret visited & enjoyed many holidays around the world.
He was truly the kindest, most loving & caring Gentleman.

Those we love can never be more than a thought away; for as long as there's a memory, they live on in our hearts.
