On 5th May 2015 in hospital after a tragic accident, surrounded by his loving family, Andrew, aged 35 years of Bradford. Much loved father of Georgia, Megan and little boy Alfie, dear partner of Louise, loving son of Norma and Mick, stepson of Wayne, dear brother of John, Michael, Benn, Joshua and Courtney and a loving grandson and cousin. The funeral service will be held at the Parish Church of St. Oswald, Little Horton on Friday 15th May at 1.00pm to be followed by cremation at Scholemoor Crematorium. Family flowers only please but if desired donations would be appreciated if made to the I.C.U. at Leeds General Infirmary, there will be a plate at the service for this purpose.
