Passed away peacefully on 5th April at Morriston Hospital.
Beloved partner of David, loved sister of Paul,
loving mother of Mark and Leigh,
dear mother-in-law of Kathy,
much loved nan of Stacey, Kieran, Levi and Zac and great granddaughter Isabella.
Gillian will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
Due to government restrictions there will be a private family service.
