Our darling mum, granny, great-granny, sister and auntie, departed this life in the early hours of Thursday, 2 April.
You were the smart one that we sought to emulate, the one whose opinion mattered. Always so private, you bore your sorrows with such fortitude. You could never know the respect you inspired, or just how much we loved, and will love you, always.

Sometime in the recent past I said to Granny, if you would ever like any help from me specifically I’ll get the next available train back up to you. In reply granny smiled said “it’s okay I’ve got my girls looking after me”. Thank you Mum and Eve too xx
