In loving memory of Patricia Ann Packham ( nee Frost) who sadly passed away on 25th March 2020. After a long illness, bravely fought. Will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great children and all that knew her, including her brother and family in Canada. Funeral Friday 24th April, sadly close family only due to current situation. Donations to RNIB through just giving on Stonemans website.

RIP Aunt Pat. You might be gone but forever in our hearts. The memories will last forever. All the time spent with you while we were over visiting, around the club for bingo, having a tea at Nan's as you stopped over their on your way home from work. I will never forget all the summers I spent over their while on summer holidays. I miss you already and love you so much. Say Hi to Uncle Colin, Nan and family. The world has lost a wonderful women.
