Lydon Michael James (9 Feb 1931 - 5 Apr 2020)

Michael James Lydon, passed away 5th April 2020 at Queens hospital, Burton upon Trent, aged 89. Husband to the late Valerie, father of Mark and grandfather of Samantha. Michael was an Irish/American immigrant, local milkman, loving husband and father, who took pride in his garden and loved his holidays and to sunbathe.

Lived in Anslow for almost 50 years, and looked after with much care and respect at Abacus Care Home for the past year.

Thank you to the staff at Queens for looking after him this last week. A private family funeral will take place at Anslow church, a memorial will follow later in the year.
