The death occurred peacefully at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest on Saturday 7th March 2020 of Mrs Lesley Helen Pole, aged 65 years, of Monkton, Pembroke.
Lesley will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
A private funeral service will take place.
