In loving memory of Jean Eagle who sadly passed away on 14th March 2020
Jean was born 18th June 1929, the 5th of six children to Polly and Alf Hull where she had a happy, busy childhood often recalling stories especially about her hop picking holidays with all the family.
Jean left school at 14 and had a number of jobs but her favourite being a BT telephonist.
Jean loved a party and her bingo and socials with her friends.
Loving wife to her Jimmy, finally together again.
Wonderful Mother and Grandmother. She doted on her grandchildren often promising them “the top brick off of the chimney”.
The boys said their Nan was a legend, and she is.
she lived life to the full she always said “we were here for good time, not for a long time” but she had both.
Greatly missed, lovingly remembered, always in our hearts.

Jean,

You weren’t my nanny but you always treated me like one of the family. I remember fondly being at your house on many family occasions.

You were always the life and soul of any party and a larger than life character.

You will be missed by so many and fondly remembered by all who knew you.

Hope you have found ‘your Jimmy’

Sleep tight xxx

Sending love and hugs to Sylvia and Julie and all the family xxx

Dear Auntie Jean,

For as far back as I can remember, you were always the Life and Soul of our family gatherings and I want to remind you of a song you always sang when we were together at Nanny Poll’s
‘ Never Goodbye, that means we’re parting!
That means a tear, instead of a smile!
Whisper adieu my heart is with you!
Say au revoir dear,, but never ever goodbye’!
So no goodbyes Darling Girl, just loads of Love and sweet memories !💖
Special love to Sylvia-Ann, Julie all their family and Auntie Sylv! 💕
Susi and Colin
