Dean Anthony Leworthy (Passed away 25 Feb 2020)

Sadly on 25th February at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Dean.
Much loved husband of Sarah, devoted daddy of Callum, Poppy, Eva and Harry, loving son of Pat and the late Gary, a wonderful brother of Leanne and the late Darren, dearly loved and respected son-in-law of Don and Lynne, sadly missed by brother-in-law of John, Robert, Alisha, Rebecca and Sean. Dean will be sadly missed by all his family, work colleagues and many friends. Funeral Friday 27th March 12.30pm service at Swansea Crematorium. Family flowers only Donations if so desired to the Critical Care Unit, University Hospital of Wales (Please make cheques payable to Cardiff and Vale University Health Board 9231) c/o D.G.
