In loving memory of Ann Christina Johnstone Jones who sadly passed away peacefully on 6th February 2020 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Broughton Hall Care Home, formerly of Fleming Drive, Wrexham, aged 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Les, much loved mum of Patsy, Richard, Fiona and Catherine, an adored grandmother and great grandmother. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory.
