Peacefully in hospital, with loved ones at her side, on January 21st aged 79 years, Hazel. The much loved mam of Elaine, Diane, Susan and mother-in-law of Jason, Richard and Steve. The beloved sister of Peter, sister-in-law of Marion and dear friend of many. Please meet on Thursday February 6th for service in Sunderland Crematorium at 2:30pm. All are welcome back to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to The Kidney Foundation.
