Aunty Cecily’s great Christian faith has been such a shining example and witness to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed but we can rest in the knowledge that she is now with her Lord whom she served and loved so faithfully.

Aunt Cecily was one of the most selfless persons I have ever known. Her love for Jesus was real and strong. I grew up traveling from Africa to England as a son of missionaries, and I will always fondly remember Aunt Cecily helping me on my school work on both sides of the continents. She was amazing. She still held weekly prayer meetings in her home to pray for missionaries till her very last days.
She led worship playing the piano. When we told her about our present mission trips, she asked for all the names so she could include them in her prayers.

Aunt Cecily you will be greatly missed. What a shining example of a life lived for God and serving others. Great is her reward.

Auntie Cecily was such a giving person living to serve, like Jesus, whom she loved. In 1953 she traveled by herself to Malawi (then Nyasaland and in a very remote area ) to help take care of me when I was just born and stayed 6 months. I only found this out 10 years ago. How many others did she touch that probably don't know. Love to all the family as I know she meant so much to you all.
Doug
